Longwood – 2008: (4-15) 2009: (8-9) +4
Huntington – 2008: (2-16) 2009: (6-10) +4
Southold/Gpt – 2008: (1-15) 2009: (5-10) +4
Smithtown East – 2008: (9-10) 2009: (14-5) +5
Commack – 2008: (9-10) 2009: (15-4) +6
Centereach – 2008: (4-15) 2009: (10-8) +6
Sayville – 2008: (7-11) 2009: (13-5) +6

Out of these, Patchogue-Medford, Smithtown East, Commack, Centereach and Sayville all made the playoffs after missing the postseason last year.

And the list of teams who've fallen at least -4 league games since last year:

Sachem East – 2008: (14-5) 2009: (9-7) -5
Lindenhurst – 2008: (9-10) 2009: (4-15) -5
Mattituck – 2008: (8-8) 2009: (3-12) -5

Out of these, Mattituck and Sachem North missed the playoffs after making it last season.
